This photography series are just stunningly beautiful. Ms. Byer won the 2007 pulitzer prize for it, and when I see it I think about one thing: how long a time did ms. Byer spend with this mother, this ill child, this family, to get the needed trust to take such natural pictures? To be left unnoticed is one of the greatest features a photographer can achieve, and ms. Byer seems to have done this...
